Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Inventrona subscription at any time. To cancel, please navigate to the "Subscription" page within your account and follow the instructions. The cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service and its premium features until your current subscription period expires.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital service, we have a strict no-refund policy. All payments for subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly) are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, we do not offer any refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, or unused time within your subscription.

We encourage all users to make full use of the 72-hour free trial to evaluate the service and determine if it meets your needs before committing to a paid subscription plan.

Billing Errors

In the event you believe there has been a billing error, please contact our support team at inventronahelp@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate the issue and, if a billing error is found on our part, we will issue a correction, which may include a credit or a refund at our discretion.
